omad Studio was founded in 2017 by audio engineer Julien Huyssens with the idea of taking the studio environment to the bands.
It relies on quality portable recording equipment that is easy to set up and adapt to any location and project.
The goal was being able to capture the raw energy of a live band in a familiar, creative place without any technical limitation.

Here is a list of my most commonly posed enquiries.
If you still can’t find an answer to your question, send a message via the Contact Form.
Basically anywhere you want!
It can be your rehearsal room, living room, bedroom, a venue, another rented studio, a cabin in the woods..
As long as there’s some electrical power nearby, your imagination is the limit!
And don’t worry about the noise, I’ve got tricks to avoid disturbing your annoying neighbours…
Too many variables to keep a fixed rate. Every project has different needs, so every quote is different.
A discount is applied if you book multiple days, additional mixing or mastering, etc..
One day of studio consists of maximum 10 hours, typically 10 am – 8 pm with a lunch break.
All supplies like your favorite strings, picks, drum heads, etc. can be provided at an additional cost.
Yes. However, I always recommend using a different pair of ears for the mastering of a project I’ve already recorded and mixed.
That is highly dependent on how prepared you are, how long your songs are, how elaborate your music is and how perfectionist you are.
It can take a week or a month!
I’ll always try to come up with a realistic quote according to your project, your budget and your expectations.
Send me an email through the contact form detailing all your needs and I’ll get back to you with a custom quote.
Once you agree with this quote, I’m asking for a 40% deposit in order to confirm the dates.
I know sometimes sh*t happens, so this deposit is refundable up until one week before the booked dates.
Sure, if you’ve already booked some recording time!
I’m happy to offer any advice or help you’d need at this stage.
Only if you can keep it to the bare minimum in order to avoid disturbances and losing time.
